please correct my sentence.
User requested 1 license to be access to the system just for DEMO is only for one week, which means all staffs should be able to access the same user ID at one time. The permission will be READ only. There is no any changes involved. Once demo has completed , the user ID will be deleted. This is to promote the system among their staff .
