Please correct my sentence

Please help me translate this sentence correctly:

The Buyer has to pay in cash and in Japanese Yen , but must apply the exchange rate of the US dollar on the Japanese Yen published by the Tokyo Bank at the time of payment.

I really need the correction of this sentence.So please help me.

Thank you for your correction , but I think pay in cash , not pay cash,

and the phrase : " using the exchange rate of the US dollar against the Japanese Yen published by TOKYO Bank at the time of payment " in this context is not the way the American or British people say .

Can anybody help me translate this sentence more correctly ?

Thank you for your correction , but I think pay in cash , not pay cash, 'Pay cash' is a common expression that seems fine here to me, particularly since it avoids repetition of the word 'in' (ie "in cash . . . in . . . yen").

and the phrase : " using the exchange rate of the US dollar
