Please correct my sentence.

Dear Sir,

With reference to the above, I would like to inform you that I would bank –in cheque amount of RM*** to pay in advance effective from 1/11/2007 until 1/10/2008 for housing loan.

Kindly close my auto debit into my account *** for deducting monthly fees.
