Please correct my sentence

The form of your sentence is and now [ I want to do something now].

So the first part needs to be in the past tense:

"I deposited a check in my account..."

In the second part, you used a question form instead of a statement. Look at this:

"How many days will it take for that money to get in my account?"

That's exactly what you have written after

I don't know if this is relevant or not, but "check" is spelt "check" only in America. In Britain it's spelt "cheque".

What if I deposit the check right now. Would it be appropriate to say:

I'm depositing this check and I'd like know how many days it will take to get this money into my a/c.

OR

I'm depositing this check and I want to know how many days it will take for this check to clear.
