Please correct my rant

This is a rant,do you find anything wrong with it grammatical?
I understand why people only love their cat or dog. A dog only adds to your chores. You have to take it out, vacuum after him, buy it food. Unless it's your dog or cat that you love and who keeps you company, you're not going to like it because you won't want to do all the things I stated above for an animal that isn't yours. You are less likely to put up with all of that. So if your girlfriend has asked you to move it and you find yourself feeding, taking out the dog, vacuuming and you wonder why it annoys you. It's simple, you don't love it like she does.
