Please correct my poem, thank you

Grandma,

I left my tiny fingerprints all upon your walls,

messes I made with toys scattered up and down your halls.

You had sleepless nights and stressful days and yet always made the time when I wanted to play.

Soon enough I will grow, and my tiny fingerprints will fade away.

Before they do I want to say how much I truly love you, and appreciate each and every one of those days!

So Here's # keepsake I made for you to treasure,

my 2-year-old fingerprints for all those wonderful months we spent together.

It's beautiful. Capitalize "messes", lowercase "Here's", replace "#" with "a", capitalize "my", and you're there.
