please correct my passage

Hello, teachers. My 7th grade teacher has asked everyone in my class to make a funny passage about ourselves. The idea is not to worry if the sentences dont make sense but to see where the appropriate commas go. My whole class has great difficulty with this, including myself. Emotion: sad In the passage below I need help seeing where the commas go and if the punctuation is correct. This is due tomorrow and i want to get a good grade. Remember... it doesn't matter if the sentences don't make sense... just as long as the commas and punctuation are correct. Thank you!!!

I'm Katie. I live in California and I love it here. I'm a little crazy but that's the best part about

me. I'm kind of shy sometimes which is okay because I'm trying to work on it.

I might open up once I get to know you a little bit more. I actually

like meeting new people just as long as they're interesting. You might

see me riding my skateboard wherever I go so don't be surprised. I

love to dance and sing mostly in my room while wearing lots of makeup. I oftentimes find

myself in ridiculous situations, and other times have great difficulty remembering how I got

into them. I can ramble on for hours and never make sense. Sometimes I get lost in my own

confusion. I'm a bit misunderstood really but I like it. I lead a fun and interesting life.

When a situation is getting me down, I know that it will be short-lived

and make for an entertaining story later on. I'm sarcastic and funny.

You'll love me, I promise.

Well, here's my shot at it. Please remember that punctuation does not exist in a vacuum. It is not possible to ignore meaning and still insert punctuation.

Who? Me? Sorry, I think I've missed the deadline for your assignment.

One "rule" is that if you have two independent clauses joined by a conjunction, you have a comma before the conjunction. I am generally happy, and sometimes I am estactic. You tend not to follow this rule. This may be old-fashioned and too "fussy" for current use, but it's what I was taught.

I'm happiest, I guess, when I have a fist full of chocolate in my hand.

I have a question. Could it be I'm the happiest, I guess, when I have a fist full of chocolate in my hand?

Yes, that's fine too.

I'm the most sad when there's no chocolate to be found. I'm a little sad when there's only a little chocolate. I'm happy when there's a lot of chocolate. I'm the happiest when I've got a whole bunch of chocolate and it's all for me!

Thank you for answering my question

But now I have two questions

1. Shouldn't it be saddest instead of the most sad? Is He is the rudest person the same as He is the most rude person?

2. Acoording to what you said, it's fine that I cross out the before superlatives, right?

Thanks a million!!
