Please correct my Motivation Letter. Thank you in advance!
Dear Mr(Mrs)...
After nine years experience of working in humanitarian field I am very interested in taking an overseas mission in the XYZ as a Data administrator.
I started with XYZ in Bgongo Republic, where fulfiled the position of the only IT-technician there during the most complicated period between last two wars and shortly after, when the XYZ renewed its delegation in Zhulzu. Continuing in the regional XYZ delegation in Khongoo, where I had been invited to start a new Databases Management department, resulted in relief of informational needs for the Humanitarian Assistance activities in Mhongo, Dhongo and lately Bgongo republics. Simultaneously with that I managed to fulfil the data processing part of every assessment study that XYZ initiated for all ongoing projects. Immediately upon finishing in the XYZ I entered ABC which at that moment looked for an experienced person to support its operations in Bulbu region.
Such diversity of projects I experienced with has provided scope for my abilities and given me invaluable skills of interaction with many people on different responsibility levels. All this taught me to use the most of what I have in my disposal, approach the task methodically and establish trustful personal relations inside the project team, that was always a basis for good work environment and security conditions as in the office so on field.
I am very keen to gain more experience with the XYZ and to further my interest in the Data Management activity in a different context. I am particularly interested in training of staff involved into data processing or usage and assuring the databases to be well organized, accurate and results are easily accessible for users.
I would be pleased to take a mission in any country and either a short or longer mission equally would give me an opportunity to use the skills I have developed to continue working in this field helping all those who come under the XYZ's protection and assistance.
Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact me. I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely
