Please correct my mistakes and grammar

Question

Dear Sir,I personally apologize for any inconvieniency caused due to the unstability in internet service. Apparently, the internet has started disconnecting for 10-15 secs frequently. In this matter the ISP  has already been contacted multiple times and they claims that, there was a cable and jumper issue within the ISP main DB. The ISP techician also came today and he assured that the problem wont be repeated again. Again I would like to say sorry and I am being in touch with the technician to make sure you get the utmost better and reliable serviceWe always remain at your disposal shoul you need further assistance.Thanks
