Please, correct my mistakes
Natural resources such as fresh water, oil and forests are disappearing from the Earth. Why is this happening? Is that dangerous? Suggest a solution for this problem. Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.
Some scientists warn us that we are running out of natural resources, and it will result in a bad impact on the existence of human beings. In the following paragraphs, I will enumerate reasons why it is occurring and why it is so serious, and then suggest two main ways to deal with the problem.
There are several causes of the lack of natural resources. First of all, it is because of the unawareness of the public on natural resources. In my country, South Korea, there is always a campaign during winter season to encourage people put on more clothes rather than use a heater in order to save the electricity. However, few people comply with the campaign. Moreover, it is due to irresponsible and unsustainable development. Especially in China, which is one of developing countries, they use lots of natural resources to build new buildings and factories for their development.
The lack of natural resources is concerned on human beings' live directly. For instance, if there would not be enough water to drink, we might be able to survive for a few days, but as a result, there will be no one who can survive without water. One of good methods to solve the problem is to follow good policies, such as the use of public transportation and separate garbage system to use less the energy. The other is that all governments should focus on the protection of the environment rather than the development, like planting trees.
Taking all that into consideration, everyone should be aware of the shortage of natural resources, and devise effective methods in a long term.
