Dear Mick,
Thank you for organising the short term familiarisation visit in AB and BB offices.
I got the opportunity to see IS Helpdesk in the both offices. Similarly I also had a chance to meet and discuss with key staff from Security, IS Procurement, Remote Working, Video Conference, etc. I was particularly impressed with IS physical network infrastructure in BB office explained by Mr David. Hope we wish to have similar structure in my office.
My visit in summary was very useful and fruitful and I learned much out of it. At last thanks to those who were giving their precious time during my visit.
