Please correct my letter



Hi all, I filled out an online application recently. I came across with a problem. Now I am writing the following letter informing the officials about my problem. Please correct my mistakes. (This is an official letter, so it should be formal)



Dear Sir,



When I was filling the X online application out, the space provided to enter Given Names was not sufficient for me to write my full Given Names as it is in my passport. I filled in as much of my Given Names as possible in the space allowed according to the biographical page in my passport. One letter is missing at the end of the Given Names.


Given Names in the application : dakala


It should be corrected in the following way.(the letter"n" should be added at the very end of Given Names)


Correct Given Names : dakalan


Please correct this name and update my application accordingly.
