Please correct my letter
Dear Mr. Abey,
Many thanks for your order and noted the content very carefully. You have mentioned in your mail that Indian shippers have offered USD1100/MT for superfine quality and the best @USD1080/MT. I have sent you three samples Superfine, Best & Medium quality. I don’t know what quality currently your client is importing. Here Indian supplier will say that my medium quality as best quality and it depends on person to person how they see the quality. Let us forget all the three samples and tomorrow I will send you fresh sample a little bigger in quantity than my previous sample along with my sales contract. If your client satisfied with the quality of this sample, ask him to sign the contract and fax to +91-44-xxxxxxxxx. On receipt of the signed contract, I will go-ahead with the shipment and inform you the vessel details. I assure you that my supply will match the fresh sample sent.
Chillie trade is a tricky business, you also know very well about this trade and I don’t want to do any tricks with you to do businesses. I want to be very clear in my transaction and I will not put you in any sort of problem with your customer. I don’t want to strain my relationship with you by doing any wrong.
Red-Millet businesses is not that much complicated like Chillie, so please get me order for Red-Millet from MDK soon.
