Please correct my letter

I need a help from you. I would be happy if anyone of us correct this letter for me. Thanks in advance. I have written below the reply letter to the Professor, asked him to furnish me the invitation letter for visa process.

It was heartening to see your acceptance mail for the short term project. Thank you so much for your continuous support. I assure you that I will strive to get the scholarship for my PhD project during the tenure in your lab.



Moreover, I enquired in Visa application center for further process. To proceed with that, I am in need of the following documents.



1. Letter of Invitation

2. Letter of confirmation for Scholarship



I kindly request you to include the additional details in the invitation letter which are required for the visa processing.



a. My name as in the passport with passport number.

b. Date of stay

c. Accommodation address
