Question

You already advised that you will try to advance the schedule to first of December. Why changed it to end of December? You should aware and counted those 45 days of IC delivery before our ordered, instead of requesting us to extend the delivery date till to January 09 now.  Please keep your committed schedule for end of December, and try any advance you can.

Dear sir,

Your most recent postponement of the scheduled delivery date of our order has placed us in a very bad light with some of our most respected customers. The new date will not allow us to keep our committments to them.

We respectfully ask that you try to find some way to accomodate us in this matter. We're trying our best to work with you on this, but we've now had to deal with two major delays, from the first of December to the end of December, and now to January 09.

We feel that you bear the responsibility for failing to plan for the 45-day IC delivery, and therefore should do everything in your power to help us solve this delema. If you could at least restore the late December delivery date, we might be able to serve the needs of our most important customers. Any additional shortening of the delivery time would be very much appreciated.
