Please correct my grammar, thanks

0Starting from July 2007, we are used customers nominated forwarder to return the damaged goods from UK to us. Firstly, Amy will receive the notice and invoice from the customer, then the customer will ship back the goods to us upon our payment settled. After that their forwarder will advice me when the goods was arrived, then I will arrange the transporter to pick up and stored it in our warehouse. Once we have a new order from the customer, we will advice the factory to collect these goods and send back to their factory for rework and brand new to the customer. Actually, the cost is much expensive to handle these damaged goods, therefore, Sally is suggest to charge back the storage free from the factory which can help to saving the cost for the never ending stored. 0-
