Please correct my grammar, Thanks !





We would like to inform you that, due to the peak season, and four day's National holidays. The production line

for the factory is so tight and cannot meet the shipment date on 03 Oct for PO 12345 of 12345pcs .We have

requested the shipment extension from your buyer by Maersk. And had got their approval for the shipment

postponed to 18 Oct. Please find the attached email for your easy reference. Thanks!

We would like to inform you that, due to the peak season and four national holidays, the factory production schedule is so tight that we are unable to meet the shipment date of 03 October for model *** under PO ***. We have requested a shipment extension from your buyer via Maersk and received their approval to postpone the shipment until 18 October. Please file this email for you
