Please correct my grammar, Thanks!

We had booked the inspection booking to you on Sept 05 and confirmed with you that inspection had arranged on Sept 12 for the whole qty of 1234pcs for model 1123. However, your QC just inspected 234pcs cargoes. Please advise the next inspection date for the remain qty. Please note, we will not accept any re-inspection charge occur.
