Please correct my grammar if there are any mistakes?

I could be wrong as I have no special reason for believing this. I just feel this is right.
God controls our world all the times. Suffering occurs because it is beyond God's control.
Everything on its own is destroyed without the presence of God.
The human body on its own also is destroyed without the presence of God. When God does not control our mind, we begin to make many mistakes. Unhealthy thoughts unhealthy lifestyle unhealthy diet leads us poor result.
If something goes wrong it is futile to blame others. We should look for the cause into ourselves. We should blame ourselves. Only our mistakes lead to undesirable consequences. We often do not want to acknowledge our mistakes. Any mistake is a sin.
What kind of sin exist into a man and it will be tempted him constantly until he decide to get rid of it.
What can go wrong with this when we wants to have answers for everything. It would not be good when the person no longer need the answers for everything.
About diseases, personally, I believe that God does not give us the disease. We choose the disease by ourself when we break off relations with Him, The cause of the disease is not in God but in man. Our soul must feed on God. If the soul does not have relationship with God, then sooner or later it will hurt. Soul and body are interconnected, if the soul is sick then the body will also sick.
The body can not be sick if the soul is healthy. If our soul is sick so we have no sufficiently close relationship with God. The human soul comes from God. Because God created soul in His own image. The soul needs to communicate with God.
