Please correct my grammar for these two sentences

1) Our customer is required to re-inspection this reworked goods. Please provide us your schedule by return.

2) I know Vivian is the department head of Logistic at your company. My colleague was advise me that, your QC Vivian (the name who is the same as your Logistic Manager) was instructed us for the re-labeling issued. Maybe I misunderstood my colleague meaning, I am sorry about that if there have any hard feeling
