Please correct my grammar

1. Per our budget meeting yesterday, attached are my comments for XYZ and ABC budgets.

2. Please find the attached budget packets for XYZ and ABC.

3. Attached are the budget packets for XYZ and ABC.

Those are all fine. 1, of course, refers to a meeting that the other don't. 2 might be used for people you don't know well.
