Please Correct my Grammar.

NOTE : ( ........wife bet husband about his hair 3 months ago before they meet together.

Now his hair is growing longer than she thought she did. She's in trouble now !!

She will get some naughty punishment from husband.)

Question :

If I'm a third person. How can I correctly say this . . . . ?

A : " That happens when his husband's hair is longer than she had ever expected."

B : " That happens when his husband's hair is longer than she have ever expected."

C : " That happens when his husband's hair is longer than she expected."
