You should award of these two missing cartons in earlier as this air cargoes were shipped since April, but not telling us that your agent still checking? You are a professional forwarder which should realize for this shipment were 175 cartons (which were shown on the air way bill) but there were only 173 cartons received by our customer in France. We will send you a debit note for this missing cargoes for the total amount of USDxxx. Please pay more attention in the further to avoid such problem happen again and keep the best service to the customer. Thank you.
