please correct my grammar

We received the customer complaint for 2 cartons missing during the air delivered from Hong Kong to France by port to door services in April. The total quantities for this shipment were 175 cartons and shown it in the air way bill. However, there were only 173 cartons received from our customer. Please investigate and advise us the results ASAP.
