After checking with the factory, please find the customers procedures below: -

Shipment from China

- We must send the s/o to them 5 days in advance

- They need bring their handbook to apply the customs document; normally it is take one working day for the approval, but some special case they needs to take sample to customs for approval if they are pitch on for being the random check

- After they receive the customs document, they need bring customs document + shipping order + goods delivery to the warehouse, and finish the customs declaration. It will cause the delay If the declaration have any problem being the process.

- The goods will be plan to ship after the customs declaration is finished.

Shipment from HK

- We must send the s/o to them 5 days in advance

- They can arrange the customs document by their company in office, not need by hand to waste manpower and traveling fee

- After they receive the customs document, they will arrange transportation and loading the goods send to HK and delivery to warehouse
