please correct my grammar

0 Due to many complaints from our customer for the grease on the carton which was suspected from stained container floor. Even though we had set the guild line to the factories, but they also failed and cannot did not have the improvement. Is it possible to send our QC to inspect the container and take some photo to show the condition of the container? 0-
