Please correct my grammar

The shipping term is FOB Yantian, not Hong Kong. Therefore, these shipments are required departure from Yantian. However, there is not vessel closing on 03 Jan, but only on 10 Jan. FYR, APL was got the customer's confirmation before released shipping order to us. Based on the term of FOB, this is normal procedure for the customer's nominated / appointed forwarder.
