IS YOGURT HEALTHY?

Needless to say that yogurt is absolutely a healthy and tasty dessert that everyone who wants to maintain good health or get into shape needs to add it in a favorite dessert.

yogurt not only supports vitamins, calcium but also boost an immune system. Also, yogurt is the best doctor in treating stomach pain. taking 2-3 cup of yogurt a day can reduce the pain and improve the stomach better. but do you know that there is a product which is better than a plain yogurt? It originates from Greece. it is called Greek yogurt, having more a half of nutritions than the common yogurt.

Having smooth, sour and fresh features, yogurt can easily combine with various ingredients such as fruits or sweeteners. however, researchers recommend you to use plain yogurt or just combine it with some of low-sugar fruits namely strawberry, grape, kiwi if you do not want to turn your healthy cup of yogurt into a higher-calorie daisy dessert. for example, a chocolate-flavored cup has 35 grams of sugar, almost triple as much as a plain cup with the same amount. So if you want to become healthier, just go ahead with plain yogurt.
