Please, correct my essay: part of answer

question: Some people prefer to write essays as a form of testing. Other people prefer to take exams. Which method of testing do you prefer, and why?

answer: I know that some people may think differently, but in my opinion, I prefer to take exams. I have this opinion for several reasons. First of all, I don’t like writing sentences well. For example, although I can write essays, I tend to avoid choosing course of essays at school. The next reason that I prefer to take exams is several questions are previously prepared. Test of essays typically consist of only one or two question. In my case I feel like I can get more points of test than essays if I choose exams. Actually, I tend to get more points in exams than essays.
