Please correct my essay?

according to Hamshahri newspaper in jelly 2011, Tehran will be as safest cities in the world in two years. If we accept this subject, we should see whether Tehran has the conditions of safest city. I think the safest city should have conditions such as hygiene and health care, availability goods and services, absence of drug and security.

the most impotant item is security. Becaurse when people feel saftey in thier own home or when they go out without any worry, this give them a sense of calm. For example in 22 district of Tehran city, people live calmly because their homes are equiped with advanced equipment and there arent any robbery.

another important item is absence of drug. when there arent any drug and drugist in a district, definitly people can satisfy to live in there.So for safest city should be encompassed this item. For example in 22 district of Tehran city, you can not see drug or drugist in it's streets.

Also third item for safest city should be considered hygiene and health care
