Please, correct my essay.

If I could dine with any famous person, living or dead, I would like to dine with Jacky Chen and eat Chinese food with him. The reason is that I’ve been wondering how he shoot films without a stuntman and why he does so. Also, he must know about any Chinese food because I saw him explain in TV show. It is interesting although there are many action film creators in the world, he only shoot without stuntman. I do not have chance to have Chinese food a lot, so that it is fun to eat with Jacky who are familiar with it.
