Recently,Education Secretary Michael Suen Ming-yeung has announced a proposal for adjustments to the medium-of-instruction policy.

Under the proposal, which gives greater flexibility to schools to decide their language policy,schools with 85 per cent of their Form One intake in the academic top 40 per cent wll be given total autonomy in deciding their langauage policies. They can conduct all their classes in English or opt for a mixed approach of offering both Chinese and English teaching.

Mending the shorts of present education policy,students needn't to face the extremely difficultied grammar regulations.Communication proficiency has been deepened,thereby the interating skills has upgraded.But on the other hand,the english speaker may also depressed by their poor knowledge relating to idiom and basic stuffs.As an example to elaborate,in the auguration speeches by Barack Obama,he repeatedly pledges to be a president.While some mayn't the reasons lest they might learnt by others immediately.

Only by learning and mastering the traditional english can refresh our immersed mind.A language has already been renewed myriads of time.Indeniably,the persisting attitudes are more vital to manage our speech correctly.As a short sentence to conclude,minding your words bit by bit should be paid in the daily life.
