Please correct my errors, if any.

Please help check my following sentences 1a, 1b, 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b. Are they correct?

Add five to three is eight. //Wrong
--> To add five to three is eight. (1a)
--> Adding five to three is eight. (1b)

Subtract three from five is two. //Wrong
--> To subtract three from five is two. (2a)
--> Subtracting three from five is two. (2b)

Multiply five by three is fifteen. //Wrong
--> To multiply five by three is fifteen. (3a)
--> Multiplying five by three is fifteen. (3b)

Divide fifteen by three is five. //Wrong
--> To divide fifteen by three is five. (4a)
--> Dividing fifteen by three is five. (4b)
