Please: Correct my E-mail

I would to confirm that I have signed on the letter of employment which I agree on all its terms and condition. I will send you the requested photographs via DHL to your Hotel shortly.

Once, I get finished with my medical tests. I will send you the remaining documents including, The medical questionnaire, copies of the medical result, immigration form, scanned copy of my recent passport size photograph and a scanned original passport

Dear Jess, this is a very good letter, however I (as a Brit) would write: I would like to confirm that I have signed the letter ..... and I agree to all the terms and conditions (You could also start this as a new sentence without "and" no comma after "Once" but comma instead of full stop after tests Once I am finished with my medical studies, I will ..... medical result s All the best, Mark Holmwood
