What / How is the cargo status? I did not receive the bill of lading until today even tracing you several times. If you are un-capable get it from your agency; please advise me their detail for me to follow up. These cargoes should be arrived to UK in June 16, but no any status for now on, we are believe they / the cargoes are still sitting in HK and did not ship out, except you can show us the proof. Please do not keep silent and let us know the status immediately. Please note that we will hold your responsibility for all the cost for our cargoes, IDD cost and the doctor charge as we cannot sleep due to your bad arrangement.
