Please correct my complaint

A customer want to replace his product and still on insurance

I`m afraid to say that you should pay a fee to get your mobile repaired.Its a personal damage . My company might not be able to cover that damage because its kind of misuse .You should consider read the terms and condition of the contract.But ,Don`t worry. I`ll discuss your complaint with my supervisor and i get back to you as soon as possible .
