Please correct my beginning paragraph!! thanks a lot.

DEar all.

Please help me to correct this beginning paragraph.

"In today's modern life, stress is one of our biggest enemies. We all realize that we are experiencing stress that chronically and habitually overwhelms us, makes us feel inferior, unbeloved and useless. To get rid of a stress and create a healthy and happy life, I think, a good way is to initially find out what is causing the stress. Once the cause is found, we can easily find the best way to cure or at least alleviate the stress."

Dear Einde,

Can I use "stress" as a count noun. Specifically, can I write like this " We all are experiencing stresses that chronically and habitually overwhelm us, makes us feel inferior, unloved and useless" ?

Thank you very much.

Yours truly,
