Billy has requested that I inform you that he will visit our office in China next Thursday and Friday. He made the appointment with Connie yesterday. - Is this also correct ? But sounds not nature.

Your second version is fine too.

Another way to say it, which is more informal, is: Billy asked me to let you know that he will visit..
