We only accepted this time from your side to collect the original B/L instead of us. Actually, your company is not the shipper and no right to do that. As per our normal procedure, we will deduct the loading charge from your payment for each shipment. Although you had arranged shipment, but the vessel may not depart at once, and caused us cannot pay you in time due to the late debit note from the forwarder. We also will inform you what is the charge we are deduct it from your payment, if there is any missing, please advice and we will forward it to you immediately.
