We have advised from your forwarder that, you still not collect the goods in Brazil and did not pay them the ocean freight. These goods were shipped in September which was three months ago, but still keeping in Brazil customs? Please contact your Brazil agency urgently, because they cannot contact you. Is there any problem? Please advice us if anything we can help.
