i want to write invitation letter is this correct??

The Purpose of this letter is to formally Invite you, on behalf of the member of UEA EMS and dubi Fire & Rescue Department to training and share your talents and expertise from April20-April 30,2014 .

During this time you will observe with The paramedic staff of life 1 and life 4 , and Respond to The 911 calls for the City of dubi , also You will attend PHTLS course .
