Please correct me?

Hye everybody! Could you please tell me ,what should I say here or how should I say this?
If My friend said to me while he is going somewhere that
"Please take care of my cigarettes"
and I answer him" these cigarettes are not so useful for health to be cared about" (Is this right here),or I should not include "about" here
Is this also acceptible here? "These cigarettes are not so useful that I care about them"
What could be the synonimus sentence for above?
Thanks!
