Please correct me

I am going to attend interivew at 10 AM, but now i need to change the interview timings, i have prepared below mail ,please correct it

Hello Sir,
Would it be possible to change the interview time, instead of 10 AM, can we go at 9 AM.
Unfortuntaely, my client has changed his con call timings, and i want to be there in the con call.
I would be very pleased if you could change the timings.

Hello Dear Sir (NAME IF YOU HAVE IT INSTEAD OF SIR), Would it be possible to change the interview time, instead of from 10 AM, can we go at to 9 AM on (DATE). Unfortunately, my existing job has created another commitment making my attendance difficult at the later time. I would hate to miss the opportunity you are presenting me with although my existing post requires my attention.

Again i got a mail from my client that he cancelled his con call, so i need to send apolozie mail and my arriaval is confirm to interivew.

If they have already agreed to move the timing of the interview, don't change it back. Just tell them how much you appreciate their flexibility and show up at the new time they agreed to.
