It’s very embarrassing that my application is processed in a very slow speed thus making unreasonable delay in obtaining my passport even after I have promptly answered all the requests for more information.

I'm not sure how to help you. There are only a couple of small errors, but it would read better as two sentences.

But I don't understand the thrust of your objection. Is this real, or just an exercise you made up? If I received your letter, I'd try to see that your application found it's way into the trash bin.

Either way, it seems that you have only embarrassed yourself. You speak of "all the requests for more information." How many were there? Why didn't you simply follow instructions and send all the required information in the first place? You have to expect that governmental agencies will move slowly. Even if you respond promptly to their requests, you must expect that each time they have to reprocess your application there will be a considerable delay. Yours is not the only one.

I am very embarrassed to have taken so long to provide you with the information necessary to process my passport application. Please accept my apologies, and do whatever is possible to expedite the application, as my need is urgent. Thank you for your consideration.
