Please correct it

Mr.Sreyas on 07.04.2018 and Machine found little bit abnormal noise while rotating spindle at more than 5000 rpm. But as per Mr.Shreyas direction we decided to run the machine under observation. After a couple of week the problem was remain same, subsequently I called and informed to Mr.Shreyas and he said I will come later you do not run more than 5000 rpm”. And the machine was running with the same condition until 09.10.2018.

And Yesterday (09.10.2018) Mr. Prafull Mane had come to our factory for rectifying the tap breaking & 4^TH Axis interruption issues in BMV60 TC24 VMC Machine (SL.NO. 2656) and issue has been solved successfully. Also I told him to check SL.NO. 30023 VMC Machine about spindle abnormal noise also he checked and he has given report as ATC CAM BOX problem and need to change the CAM follower. About spindle noise, he is telling to change the de-clamp shaft assembly and spindle reconditioning. Also now the machine making more nose since yesterday. Now I have stopped the machine.

Hence, I am surprising about the de-clamp shaft assembly life, Because we changed entire assembly on 7^th April 2018 only. So please send your service engineer by tomorrow itself. Thank you
