Please correct it

I have joined delivery team of XXX r after my graduation .In the two years stint, I was involved with 5 projects around the globe. I had gained good product knowledge after my first project Comcast which was well appreciated by company VP and Customer .Since project had stringent deadline & I came up with a idea of designing new tools that helped us in quick delivery and latter on those tools were incorporated in XXX Product Library. Due to my better understanding of the project, Manager made me point of contact for delivery team, where I had to involve with other teams like testing, quality team & infra team and co-ordinate team and also I needed to attend daily status call with clients & other managers.
My first project was CCC project which had a stringent deadline due to which Team was required to develop good knowledge about both project & product module .Not only I developed good understanding about the module but also helped other team members to understand it. Along with my work & I was also worked on developing new tools that helped us in the automation of some part of process in the project. Manager & Team appreciated my tools.
In the final phase some of the team members took leave and hence couldn’t able to finish their deliverables ,so I took the extra responsibility to finish their work hence needed to sit extra hours .Manager made me point of contact for the project to other teams (Testing & Infa team ). I had to sit in daily status call with the client & Vp & managers. . There I learned things quickly about product and my contribution to the first Comcast project (US) was well appreciated both by VP, Amdocs & Customer
