Grammar

Please correct if necessary

I need to make sure that my grammar is correct for the title of my book. I am using a title as if my Aunt was speaking. Would this be written as a quote? This is the title.

"Would you believe it, eighty year old?" Son of a gun - Aunt Shirlee

Please correct.
Thanks

"Would you believe it? Eighty years old! Son of a gun!" - Aunt Shirlee

(I'm not sure it's a great way to create a title. Maybe just "80 Years Old - Son of a Gun!")
