I agree with other team's suggestion but I would like to say general instruction our clients. Please correct if anything wrong:


Yes, I agree with you. However, we should avoid some awkward errors in the sample file to make customer satisfaction. Because we already committed with the customer to flowing copyedited document in LaTex for sample file creation

I don't understand what you are trying to say below. For exmple, what does 'flowing copyedited document in LaTex' mean?Please try to rewrite all of your text again, more simply.
