I am writing Microsoft word software request to my boss with its importance. Please check the sentence below and correct it if anything wrong: (addition info about the sentence below is literally here I am struggling with my boss to get word software in my system)

My suggestion to get Microsoft word software in any one of our systems in project management team.

Last Monday I don’t have the system to check the sample file in Adobe pdf professional, that time one system only available with Adobe pdf professional but that also occupied by Michael. so I got permission with John to check the sample file in Microsoft word, actually, that was really helped me a lot to check the template information in word sample file, it is really very easy to identify the mismatch styles between Template and word sample file. For example, please find attachment which has superscript style mismatch with the template and word file. The template has open type superscript, but our word file has normal superscript. We can’t identify this kind of information in adobe profession, it can be identified only by word because it’s all style orientated. I have experience in Word template so would you permit me I can do through check in word sample file before sending to the client, it will help to avoid missing of subtle information at the last stage. It would be helpful if any emergency case comes in future I will check all our sample file cross check with Template without the help of production team. If you install the Micro soft word software in our one of the system in project management team I will take additional care of all titles.
