Please correct if any thing worng

I am requesting my boss to get correct file format to check the sample file. Because I am correcting their final output file before sending to the client:

I need the word.docx file to check the style names in Word file because we can’t check the style properties in PDF file. In John's title, one of the team members used two different character styles in Sample file, but both are not matched with template file (see attachment). In last two days Micheal provided docx file to check the sample file but after my correction, she stopped to provide the docx file. Because they are felling I am marking more correction because of .docx file.
